Smart Gilas is a development team and was founded by SMART Philippines' Mr. Manny Pangilinan. This team is a preparation team for next Olympics. The team will be exposed to International tournaments to experience and learn new techniques in the game. Lately, they were in DUBAI for the 21'st Dubai International Basketball Tournament.
